But, this is just not true. The truth is that it is good to cry every once in a while, and it is normal to cry, it’s okay. 

In fact it’s pretty important to be able to face your own emotions, because that’s what’s called emotional intelligence, or the ability of someone to be aware of their emotions, and to express them openly.
